Florida doctor found dead in Dollar Tree freezer under mysterious circumstances

A Florida physician and mother of two was tragically found dead inside a Dollar Tree freezer in Miami. The 32-year-old, identified as Helen Massiell Garay Sanchez, entered the store before closing and accessed a restricted area. Authorities are investigating the unexplained circumstances surrounding her death, with no immediate evidence of foul play.
