Bill Gates plans to donate $198 billion to Africa over the next 20 years. The money will focus on healthcare and education. The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation will shut down by 2045. Gates wants to address funding gaps in African healthcare. He encourages using AI for health innovation. Only 1% of his wealth will go to his children.
